Welcome to PNGTuber.me ("we," "us," "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the Service does

PNGTuber.me generates avatar image packs from text prompts you provide, for use as streaming avatars and similar purposes. Generation is powered in part by third-party AI models.

2. Your account and use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the images you generate. You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights of others.

3. Your content and ownership

You retain the rights to the avatar images you generate, subject to the licensing terms of the underlying AI models and any limits of your plan. Free-tier and paid-tier usage rights may differ; commercial-use rights are described at the point of purchase. You're responsible for ensuring your prompts and resulting images don't infringe anyone else's intellectual property.

4. Payments

Some features require payment. Prices and what's included are shown before you buy. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing going forward, but changes won't affect packs you've already purchased.

5. Service availability

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will meet your expectations. AI output is inherently variable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
